Appointments are strongly recommended to ensure your preferred stylist and time slot are available. Walk-ins are welcome if we have availability, but scheduling in advance is best.

Can I request a consultation before committing to a big change?

Absolutely. We encourage consultations to talk through your vision, cost, maintenance and after-care so you’re fully informed and satisfied with your decision.

I’m not satisfied with a service—what should I do?

Your satisfaction matters. If you have any concerns after your appointment, please contact us within 2 weeks from your original appointment date so we can review and make it right.
